DEH011 is a low energy, microprocessor based, thermostat supplied without housing, that can be placed inside any kind of electrical heating system up to 2,5 Kw or heating radiator, in the front panel of it and covered with a polycarbonate label. It has a 4 digits blue display and two push buttons. Using the buttons operator can set the wanted temperature between 10 an 30 °C as well as put the thermostat in OFF or FROST PROTECTION status or enter in parameter programming. A proportional-integral routine controls the accurate reaching of temperature setpoint. In parallel, a second software control limits the maximum temperature of the radiator in order to prevent it to become too high. Besides, a third control stops the heater when a dangerous limit is reached, starts the message and the acoustic alarm.
